The Routing Company names Pandora Shelley as Chief Operating Officer 

May 2, 2024 New York, New York, USA: The Routing Company (“TRC”), a global on-demand vehicle routing and management platform partnering with cities to power the future of public transit, today announced Pandora Shelley as Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Shelley previously served as Vice President of Operations for TRC. 

Since joining TRC in 2021 to head up operations, Shelley has overseen TRC’s growing commitments spanning all aspects of global operations including launch, expansion, market operations, customer support, analytics, and partnership management for our global deployments.

Prior to TRC, Shelley served as CEO of Fishburners, Australia’s longest-enduring and largest tech startup community in the Southern Hemisphere.

Shelley possesses an extensive background in operations, having also served in leadership positions across various industries. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney where she was awarded the 2019 Alumni Award for Excellence in Business. She was also a finalist in the 2019 Telstra Business Awards and named by Startup Daily as one of the top women in innovation.
